Who has included getting fit for their #CPTBucketList? Luckily for us Southern Suburbs Capetonians, we now have a S.W.E.A.T. 1000 Studio which has officially launched today – 4 August! S.W.E.A.T. 1000 stands for Specialized Weight Endurance and Aerobic Training and 1000 for the number of calories that you can burn in the class – and WOW does it live up to its name.

Your first session at the Claremont Studio is free, so there’s no excuse to not get involved. This  hour long workout is a combination of interval style training incorporating specialised treadmills which incline to 30 degrees as your basis, blended with core, functional and resistance floor work. Their programme caters for all fitness levels so whether you are wanting to get in shape or improve your shape – it’s worth a try! The dynamic, action-packed classes are so much fun and no two classes are ever the same.
